Bad customer service

Friday evening I was verbally abused by a cashier.I'm Mother of4 who has a child that suffers with special needs i'm sure you would understand that during the lockdown it is very challenging as a parent suffer with anxiety and depression. I went with two ofmy children at night 15minutes before closing to pick up a few essentials. When I arrived at the till the cashier was verbally abusive and shouting at me. Asking me why I would come shopping so late I asked him politely please don't stress me I'm under a lot of pressure as it is I understand everybody is under a lot of pressure but please do not stress me and he continued to shout it's me everybody is under pressure I said I've got four children I found it very hard to get here today I walked 3 miles and then the gentleman shouted back at me we all have families I was trying to make a payment and during this processThe abuse got more and more intense my children was afraid I then left my shopping two ofhis workers came to comfort me
